M&M's From the west to the east coast is never an easy decision. 6hrs flight + 3 hours time change.. You leave at 9pm and arrive at 6am. First and last hour you can't sleep. What left is short. The goal is to sleep as much as possible. First class seat, lots of space. 6:22 he is in his car but he did not sleep at all. He can't sleep on planes anymore. He has to work today but he must find a time to sleep. That's the problem of the red eye flight. He sleeps a little bit in his appartement then wakes up at 11:15am, coffee and quick wake-up run.
