Oh my gold! they actually, entirely, truly dipped an Apple watch in 24 karat pure gold. Brand new watch unboxing. He is with Zack from JerryRigEverything. Jack explains how the chemistry should work. Lots of products. Electroplating machine. 3 phases to clean and prepare the watch then the gold (dissolved in a liquid). First, a simple clean with soap and water. Metal hook to conduct electricity to electro clean the watch. Second bath with acid then third bath with gold. It worked.And the watch still works.
