His pants should be ready today. Stop at Juice Press, he explains that his pants has been repairs and today he will be able to pick them up. Back in the studio he talks about planned obsolescence. Something design and built to be replaced. The cars lasted forever, then when everybody had a car, the industry has to make something so people has to replace their car. New design, marketing to promote artificial reasons to replace what they already have. It is not always bad. Cars are safer, cheaper, easier to produce. Boosted boards are very expensive, but the CEO always explains him that it is because it is built to be repaired and fixed. Everything can be replaced. His studio is build like that, so he can repair everything. In the street he explains that it is the same for his jeans. They are repaired, and the seller now includes repairs as a part of his business. He asks Eric the CEO of Jean Shop why he now repairs jeans: because people likes their jeans very much, they tell a story. Casey has already made a video about it but in 2007 when he had a motorbike accident, his brand new pair of jeans was cut but the Emergency people and he wrote tho Eric, and he sent him a new pair for free.
