Casey forgot to finish the edit of a video he started a few weeks ago. In the public bathrooms Casey films his friend peeing after a long run. His brother Dean is here too. 11.5 run 7:10 pace. Boosted board ride to the studio. Picture with a fan. Breakfast with Jake. It is warm outside so fruits salad. Back in the studio he explains he still really enjoy breakfast meetings. When he had a regular job, starting at 9 or 10am, it was the only way he could schedule meetings for his personal stuff. It showed how strong he was, with lots of energy at 7am when everybody else is tired, barely woken up... These days most of his time in the studio is dedicated to reviewing some videos. So to multitask, he moves his chair in the center of the studio, takes his laptop, put it on his chair and use rubber bands to do workouts while watching videos. BB ride to Billy! the place where Candice works. They are expanding. When he arrives, Dean is arriving too, to help Candice with a problem with lights. Casey meet Keith, another UPS delivery guy. They talk about Marlon. Inside of the new office. Lots of things to remove and install before the place could be used. It has a way to go outside, with stairs. Candice has been in the building for 10 years before she was able to use this space. Car ride back home but Casey discovers that he forgot his backpack with his laptop in Candice's office. He has to go back with his boosted board to take it home. He is proud of Candice, she did a great job starting and growing a company.
