Drive ride to go to surf. The day will be boring, packed with meetings, but he wants to surf. Not sure his friend would have showed up. They are going to Malibu, almost no space for Casey at the back of the car because of the surf boards. Drone views above Malibu and the car while they unload the boards and put on their wetsuits. It's cold. the water will be colder. He prefers small waves and long boards than big waves small boards. Even with the wetsuit it is really cold. His friend's leash snapped. Casey explains that he is not a very good surfer. Later in the car Casey explains that he did not catch a single wave. An old man said they looked hot/hard. No idea what it means. Stop to get a coffee and breakfast. A dog in front of the door. Roasbeef and chicken sandwiches. One more time he forgot his laptop charger, he has to spend $100 once again to get a new one. He did not think it was the case before, but this morning in the waves he had a bad hurt. 6 hours later it really hurts. Fortunately, he stays at Candice's sister house. Her sister is a doctor. On the ride back to the house he passes over the LA river, the thing we see in Terminator 2 with the motorbike jump. He stops to check it. It stinks. They call it a river but it's just overflow, almost sewage. He flies his drone over the river, under the bridge... In the house, Candice's sister makes an exam of Casey's ribcage, not sure if it is broken or not, he should do an x-ray but it seems more like a big bruise than something broken. He also shows his hand which still hurts. He suggest a diagnostic (tendon that's been displaced), she smiles and says that he'll be fine. He takes a walk with Carliy. He explains that usually he has a fight with Candice, Carly asks if she should have a fight with him instead. No but usually he has a fight with Candice just before leaving, so they don't miss each other too much, but this time they left in really good terms, he misses Candice. They almost run to be sure to enjoy the sunset, but when they arrive the sun is still in the middle of the sky. Later at night while editing the vlog, he explains that he feels a little better.
